What Do We Do?
Directors organize events and initiatives and seek out opportunities for all Innis students! ICSS has five portfolios, each with their own directors and responsibilities:
- Athletics – organizes fitness and athletic-related events
- Equity & Outreach – promotes equity in the Innis community
- Social – organizes community building events
- Sustainability – promotes environmental awareness
- Clubs & Merch – liaises to various Innis clubs and manages merchandise

What Do We Do?
Staff members go through a hiring process to support ICSS activities and outreach throughout the year.
- Social Media Manager – manages ICSS social media posts and schedules
- Graphic Designers – create graphics and designs used by ICSS
- Photo-Videographer – records and captures media of ICSS events and happenings
- Website Manager – manages and updates the ICSS website
- Chief Returning Officers – oversee ICSS elections to ensure transparency and fairness
